Where can I buy Donut & Lola products?
Our products are currently sold online only. You can purchase our products from our website and Amazon.com. We’d love to have you as a customer!

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to the continental US (including Alaska and Hawaii). 

How will my order be shipped?
We use Amazon Fullfillment services to ship our orders. So your products will ship via UPS, Fedex or USPS at Amazon’s discretion. We have 3 Shipping Speeds available: 

- Standard Shipping (3-5 days)

- Expedited Shipping (2 days)

- Priority Shipping (Next day)

Do you offer Express shipping?
We offer Expedited (2 days) or Priority Shipping (Next day).

How do I know if items are in stock?
All items on our website are in stock unless otherwise noted. Any out of stock items will be listed by the indication “Out of Stock”. For specific questions concerning availability, please email leah@donutandlola.com

What is your return policy?
Merchandise can be returned or exchanged only within 30 days if it is unopened and in accordance with our return requirements. You must notify Donut & Lola before attempting to return – unsolicited returns will not be accepted. Please contact leah@donutandlola.com for return instructions.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping at this time.
